Teaching Ethnic Studies: A Community History Approach

This three-day hands-on program will explore ways to approach local history from an Ethnic Studies lens. Collaborate with Ethnic Studies scholars and experienced teachers as you consider the history of marginalized communities in Los Angeles.
Grades: High School Teachers
Location: LA Plaza Museum (downtown Los Angeles)
Fee: $200 – includes all materials, daily continental breakfast, and parking
