CGI 2025 Regional Conference

The CGI 2025 Regional Conference calls our community of educators to consider how Cognitively Guided Instruction and the 2023 California Mathematics Framework invite us to ground our practice in the mathematical brilliance of students.

Who is invited?
We invite all PreK-6 educators (with any level of CGI experience) who are interested in learning together and deepening their practice of centering children’s mathematical thinking.

CGI 2025 Regional Conference
- Friday, May 2nd, 4:00p-7:00p
– dinner, welcome, and keynote speaker. - Saturday, May 3rd, 8:00a-4:00p
– breakfast, 75-minute workshop sessions, lunch, closing session.
Optional Pre-Conference Session – CGI 101
Friday, May 2nd, 9:30a-3:30p
- CGI 101 – Pre-Conference Session for New-to-CGI Educators (separate $50 registration, lunch included)

When can I register and how much does the event cost?
Registration opens January 22!
Registration fee covers all conference meals and materials. Payments may be made by credit card, e-check, or purchase order.
- January 22-March 7: Early Bird Registration – $200 per person.
- After March 7: Registration – $250 per person.
- Registration for the optional CGI 101 Pre-Conference Session is an additional $50
