What does it mean to be fluent? How do we build fluency? During this 8-session institute, we will explore these questions, and how to engage students in developing fluency so that mathematics is meaningful and built on understanding. Our collaboration and play will lead to deeper understanding of mathematical properties, operations and more.
Each 90-minute synchronous sessions includes an additional 60 minutes of asynchronous learning. This institute is open to ALL districts, 3rd-8th grade teachers, coaches and administrators.
