Summer of CS Workshops
The Summer of CS features a series of free workshops that are aligned with each grade band of the California K-12 Computer Science Standards. Whether you teach in an elementary classroom or teach students in your high school CS pathway, the Summer of CS series has a workshop for you.
Both in-person (throughout California) and virtual Summer of CS workshops are available for all grades K-12. Most workshops are 3-day or 5-day workshops, and academic year support is also included at no cost.
Classroom educators and paraprofessionals will receive a $175 per day (6 hours) incentive for active participation. Due to capacity constraints, you may register for only one workshop.
In addition to professional learning for teachers, the Summer of CS offers workshops for administrators and counselors intended to support your plans for equity-minded implementation and student guidance, respectively.
