Shared Ownership and Powerful Facilitation for Equity Workshop
June 23 - June 25
This institute will help administrators, teacher leaders, and system leaders ensure strong leadership practice at scale, name and address equity gaps, and improve the effectiveness of our efforts to serve all students well.
Intended Outcomes
- Participants will deepen their understanding of strategies for establishing and sustaining shared leadership among administrators and teacher leaders.
- Participants will deepen their understanding of, and ability to demonstrate, the elements of effective facilitation of spaces for adult learning and collaboration.
- Participants will understand the current state of the quality of spaces for adult learning and collaboration in their context, and identify opportunities to ensure conditions for success are in place.
This series is geared towards K-12 school site administrators, teacher leaders, and district/system leaders who are responsible for leading teams or spaces for adult collaboration and learning. Leadership teams are encouraged to attend together to maximize impact on your leadership practice!
