In this four-day colloquium educators will be provided with the tools, resources, and knowledge to empower site leaders they supervise and support to take action toward equitable outcomes in schools.
Expected Outcomes:
– Support site leaders in developing culturally responsive leadership skill
– Creating a culture of care through leadership and coaching for equity
-Using the role of principal supervisor to transform school site leadership
-Connecting the role of leadership to school transformation and system change
