Join CRLP in a discussion on how to address the content that is presented in some classic children’s literature.

Can someone please explain how we cancel literature? Are we banning books? Should we remove books from the classroom and the lives of the students we serve? Join CRLP in a discussion on how to address the content that is presented in some classic children’s literature.

The discussion will include:

• Defeating ideas
• Research behind anti-racist literature
• Resources for anti-racist literature

The first 10 participants to register will receive their own culturally responsive children’s literature book.
