What is culturally responsive teaching? How do we center equity and social justice in our teaching and in our work? Join 21CSLA and UCLA Center X for this FREE 2- day workshop focused on teaching for equity and social justice in the content areas.

The workshop will be guided by the following inquiries:

• How do we define equity?
• What does equity look and sound like in each discipline?
• How has/should the pandemic and movement for Black Lives redefine equity?

Open to all TK-12 teachers, teacher leaders, and administrators. Parking, hotel lodging, breakfast and lunch are covered by 21CSLA. Participants may check-in on Sunday, July 24 and check-out on Tuesday, July 26. All attendees will receive a free professional library focused on equity-centered leadership practices.
