Job Summary
To cover a 3rd-grade teacher out on leave. The assignment is estimated to be from November to the end of the school year in June. El Rincon Elementary School Hours 8:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Requirements / Qualifications
Possession of a valid California multiple subject or standard elementary credential and experience or student teaching at the elementary level. CLAD/English Language Learner certification or equivalent is required. Strong classroom management is preferred. Culver City Unified School District (CCUSD) ensures integrated and inclusive academic, social-emotional, and behavioral instruction and supports for ALL students by ALL staff utilizing a comprehensive, data-driven, multi-tiered system of support.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT All employment offers are conditional, based upon the successful completion of the following: Fingerprint/background clearance, and a tuberculosis clearance. A physical examination clearance is required for certain positions in the district. All candidates with a record of convictions must indicate such on the confidential/legal section of the application, which is attached to the job application. A record of conviction will not automatically disqualify an applicant from employment, but a failure to list all convictions may result in disqualification or dismissal.
