Cohort 19 NORMS

Be present and appreciative during our time together.

Step up, step down:  Everyone should be aware of how much space they are taking and invite more quiet cohort members to share their ideas.

Respect other students’ styles and modalities of communication.

Assume the positive intent of cohort members.

Welcome, with love and humility, challenges that aim to increase consciousness and advance our collective understanding.
