Please join us in this three-day online workshop on our equity-centered framework for coaching called Reciprocal Learning Partnerships for Equity. This framework is grounded in the development of relational trust, reciprocity, examination of one’s identity and positionality, and application of an explicit equity action. The Reciprocal Learning Partnerships for Equity supports and empowers educators to explicitly identify inequitable practices in classrooms and schools and to take action that will lead to improved student outcomes. Participants will engage with the framework and learn how to build capacity to critically reflect in partnerships in order to hold equity focused conversations that lead to co-construct actions that intentionally disrupt inequity.
