PROFESSIONAL LEARNING PATHWAYS

Reciprocal Learning Partnerships for Equity

Co-constructed inquiry that names who is not being served, and acts

The Reciprocal Learning Partnerships for Equity is a coaching framework that supports and empowers educators to explicitly identify inequitable practices in schools and to take action that will lead to improved student outcomes.

Partners examine practices together, not to evaluate, but to identify who is marginalized, surface the assumptions shaping those realities, and co-design concrete actions that improve outcomes for the most underserved students. Centering the classroom as the place to leverage change, this framework builds teachers’ and school leaders’ capacity to critically reflect in partnerships; to hold equity-focused conversations; and to co-construct actions to intentionally disrupt inequity.

Designing Restorative Spaces for Learning

Repair, belonging, and accountability as a design practice

This pathway invites educators to slow down, listen deeply, and redesign systems, moving beyond transactional models of teaching and leadership toward environments where learning is relational, reflective, and responsive to community realities. Participants develop circle facilitation skill, and the capacity to design adult and student learning spaces grounded in belonging and accountability.

Data Through an Asset Lens

Shifting how educators and leaders see, use, and act on data

Grounded in a framework for educational equity, this Professional learning series invites teams to examine the data they collect, the questions they ask, and the assumptions underneath both. Participants develop a practice of seeing community strengths and possibility in every number, moving from deficit measurement toward humanizing, asset-based inquiry that leads to action.
