LAUSD celebrates and honors the excellence of the 2025 Rookies of the Year recipients, who were nominated by their principals. The Rookie of the Year (ROY) Program recognizes 16 outstanding first year teachers who engage and support all students, create and maintain effective environments for student learning, and design learning experiences for all students.
