Transforming thinking into equitable, relationship-centered practice

Our mission is to transform thinking into equitable, relationship-centered practice by providing customized and research-based opportunities.

This transformation requires responsive listening and critical questioning that explores identity, builds cognition and centers voices.
We enact our mission through these capacities:
two teachers talking to each other

Fluid, multi-dimensional interactions

Coaches know how to interact in fluid and multi-dimensional ways, adjusting to create safe spaces for development and growth.

Equitable and socially just consciousness

Coaches maintain relationships by acknowledging biases, recognizing positional power and addressing how race, culture and ethnicity impact interactions.

Individual and systems support

Successful coaches draw from their toolbox, meeting the needs of individuals, while impacting systemic, structural dynamics towards greater equity and social justice.
