MSAT – Multiple Subject/Elementary applicants may use passing MSAT scores in place of the CSET ONLY IF the MSAT was taken and passed on or before June 30, 2003.
Subject Matter Preparation (“waiver”) programs are NOT acceptable for Multiple Subject / Elementary applicants.

Praxis AND SSAT – Single Subject/Secondary applicants may use passing Praxis and SSAT scores in place of the CSET ONLY IF both exams were taken and passed on or before June 30, 2003.
Subject Matter Preparation (“waiver”) programs may be used in lieu of the CSET. If you have completed at least 80% of a state-approved subject matter preparation program, you must submit an official “waiver” letter along with this application. 100% completion is required before you can begin the Teacher Education Program.
